President’s address: a century not out

The Presidential Address is the traditional opening of the new Urology Section sessions and acts as a prelude to the academic programme.
This year we celebrate the Royal Society of Medicine Urology Section’s 100th Anniversary. We will look at the Section’s foundation and history and the pivotal role played by particular past presidents in the development of prostate surgery.
This meeting will also include to the presentation of the Geoffrey D Chisholm CBE communication prize salver to this year’s prize winner Dr Sarah Howles, National Institute for Health Research Academic Clinical Lecturer in Urology, University of Oxford.
This event is FREE for Royal Society of Medicine members and from just £10 for non-members.
